One of the greatest challenges facing the oil refining process is the accumulation and disposal of the “refinery sludge”.
PetroBio Tech has spent years addressing the development of D-MULTZ, a “Bio Friendly” process whereby various types of sludge can be treated to allow a complete separation of the oil, water and in-organics that accumulate over time. With our patent pending process of on-site injection and circulation of D-MULTZ the savings become substantial. We have been able to reduce the cost of sludge disposal through this complete separation process which allows the oil to be reprocessed, the water disposed of, and the leftover sediment free of hazardous residue.
Upon receiving sludge samples, PetroBio Tech carries out a series of tests in order to develop a treatment formulation specifically for your application.
